New Found Gold Starts Trading On The NYSE

As it has previously announced, New Found Gold Corp. (TSXV: NFG) started trading its common shares on the New York Stock Exchange this morning. The mining firm is listed on the big board under the symbol “NFGC”.

Following this, the company will be delisting its shares from the OTC markets. While no action is required for the shareholders in these exchanges, the firm is advising them to monitor their respective holdings under the new symbol.

On the other hand, the firm will continue trading its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “NFG”.

The mining company first announced the plan to list on the American stock exchange in July 2021.

New Found Gold last traded at $8.10 on the TSX Venture.
