Nighthawk Gold Drills 4.64 G/T Gold Over 6.15 Metres At Grizzly Bear

Nighthawk Gold Corp. (TSX: NHK) announced today the assay results of its 18-drill program at Grizzly Bear deposit, located within the Indin Lake Gold property in Northwest Territories. Gold intercepts highlighted 4.64 g/t gold over 6.15 metres.

Highlight intercepts from the drilling program include:

  • GB21-13: 4.64 g/t gold over 6.15 metres
  • GB21-07: 2.77 g/t gold over 10.25 metres

All 18 drill holes of the program targeted the mineralized zone at Grizzly Bear along strike to the north and south. The first phase of the program, which has drilled 18,200 metres, was designed by the company to test the near-surface extension of this satellite deposit.

The company relayed that the second phase will see additional infill drilling to further test the near-surface mineralization encountered to the north, potentially adding the site to the current resource.

Nighthawk Gold Corp. last traded at $1.31 on the TSX.
