Altamira Gold Corp.

Altamira Gold is a junior exploration company focused on gold and copper in the Alta Floresta Gold Belt of west-central Brazil. The company holds over 113,000 hectares of exploration and mining titles across three main projects — Cajueiro, Apiacas, and Santa Helena — in a region that produced more than 6 million ounces of alluvial gold between 1980 and 2000. Altamira is conducting the first systematic hard-rock exploration of the most prolific historic alluvial centres in the belt.

The flagship Cajueiro Project hosts two advanced deposits: Cajueiro Central, which carries an NI 43-101 Mineral Resource of 185,000 oz Indicated and 515,000 oz Inferred, and Maria Bonita, a preserved porphyry gold system discovered in 2022 with a maiden resource of 357,800 oz Indicated and 362,400 oz Inferred released in May 2025. Eight additional drill-ready porphyry targets have been identified within 10 km of Cajueiro Central.

Near-term catalysts include ongoing resource expansion drilling at Maria Bonita and Cajueiro Central, initial drill testing of the eight new porphyry targets, planned drone magnetometer surveys at Apiacas, and continued project permitting. The CEO is resident in Alta Floresta, approximately 75 minutes from the Cajueiro Project, and the company benefits from well-developed road and hydropower infrastructure in a rapidly developing agricultural region of Brazil.
