Plant&Co Sees Donna Reddy Appointed To Role Of President

Plant&Co Brands (CSE: VEGN) this morning had a management update, with the firm announcing that it has appointed Donna Reddy to the role of President of the company. The appointment is effective immediately, with Reddy to focus on leading the company through the next phase of growth.

Reddy most recently served in the role of President of Holy Crap Foods, the firm that Plant&Co acquired back in December. She was instrumental in rebranding Holy Crap, and for repositioning the brand within the marketplace while also further developing the firms product lines. Her success in that venture can be judged based on the strong distribution demonstrated by the company.

Outside of Holy Crap, Reddy has held a number of significant roles within the food and beverage sector, including the role of VP of Brand Elevation at Greenspace Brands, while also having served time at Consumer Impact Marketing and Universal Studios.

Going forward, she is to be responsible for the operations of Plant&Co, including pushing the company through its next phase of growth wherein the company is focused on expanding its total addressable market as well as its product offerings.

“Donna is an important addition to our talented and entrepreneurial management team as we focus on establishing a leadership position in the plant-based food sector. Donna has an impressive track record in the food industry and has done an amazing job with the repackaging, rebranding, and launching a new marketing strategy for Holy Crap breakfast cereals.”

Shawn Moniz, CEO of Plant&Co

Plant&Co Brands last traded at $0.63 on the CSE.
