PlantX Life Files To List Equity On The Nasdaq

PlantX Life (CSE: VEGA) is the latest firm to announce its intentions to list on the Nasdaq. The company this morning revealed that it has “taken a significant step to enhance its investor profile,” by focusing on US-based investors with the application to list on the major exchange.

The listing, if successful, is anticipated to provide further opportunities for the firm to expand its retail and institutional investor base, while improving its visibility to potential shareholders. The intent is for the company to improve shareholder value by raising the awareness of its brand within the US marketplace.

The company has indicated that it will continue to maintain its listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange under its current symbol.

PlantX Life last traded at $1.65 on the CSE.
