QYOU Media Closes On Purchase Of Influencer Marketing Firm Chtrbox

QYOU Media (TSXV: QYOU) this morning announced the closing of its previously announced acquisition of Chatterbox Technologies. Operating as Chtrbox, the firm is a leading influencer marketing firm based within India.

Chtrxbox currently has a pool of over 300,000 influencers from which it can conducting marketing with. Currently signed talent includes top celebrities, micro influencers, digital stars, right down to “mom bloggers” and campus-based creators. The company is known for working with many top brands, including HP, Amazon, P&G and more.

The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive to QYOU’s broadcast operations, with the acquisition expected to accelerate the firms plans to leverage the creator economy to further support channel content, advertising, and e-commerce initiatives.
