Temas Resources Appoints Ryan Kuhn As Senior VP Of Corporate Finance
Temas Resources (CSE: TMAS) has a new senior vice president of corporate finance. The company this morning announced the appointment of Mr Ryan Kuhn to the role, an alumnus of JP Morgan and a graduate of Cornell University.

Kuhn is highly experienced in the area of acquisitions and financings, with numerous multi-billion dollar transactions under his belt. Kuhn has facilitated numerous large transactions, including the acquisition of Chloride Group By Emerson Electric for $1.5 billion, as well as securing a billion dollar credit facility for Oxbow Carbon.
Kuhn has served previously in roles that include the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for World Fuel Services, while also serving as an advisor to numerous additional large transactions. Within his role at Temas, Kuhn will provide the company with the experience it needs to move to the next stage of corporate development, while continuing to advance on the firms strategy.
