Trulieve Q3 Earnings: Amendment 3 Fails
Trulieve (CSE: TRUL) has reported its third quarter earnings results.
And while the stock may have been down by 8% as of the end of day, we’re not sure it matters. At the time of recording, its November 5, 2024. Which means election day in the United States. More importantly for Trulieve, its ballot voting day in Florida. For Trulieve, that meant they were patiently waiting to see if the $144 million they had spent on Amendment 3, which would bring recreational legalization to Florida, was all for naught.
And unfortunately for Trulieve, today was not a good day. Amendment 3 failed to pass in Florida, meaning that all $144 million basically went up in smoke.
But for now, what matters to us is the third quarter results.
