Aris Mining Posts Q1 Production of 54,763 Gold Ounces
Aris Gold (TSX: ARIS) last night released its first quarter production results, with the company posting a quarter over quarter decline in gold production.
Aris in the first quarter produced 54,763 ounces of gold, which was down from 57,364 ounces of production in the fourth quarter of 2024, but up versus the 50,767 ounces of gold produced in Q1 2024. Production during the quarter saw 47,549 ounces contributed by Segovia, while the Marmato Upper Mine contributed 7,214 ounces.
The production figure follows Aris processing an average of 1,966 tonnes per day at an average gold grade of 9.37 g/t at Segovia. Recoveries meanwhile stood at 96.1%, with gold sales of 47,390 ounces. The Marmato Upper Mine meanwhile recorded an average gold grade of 3.32 g/t, with recoveries of 91.7% and gold sales of 6,891 ounces.

“Q1 production came in slightly ahead of our budget target reflecting a solid operational start to the year. With the expanded Segovia processing facility set to be commissioned this quarter, we are well on track to deliver on our full-year production guidance of 230,000 to 275,000 oz,” commented Neil Woodyear, CEO of Aris.
Aris Mining last traded at $6.30 on the TSX.
