AUX Resources Reports Several High Grade Sample Assays At Independence, Silver Crown Properties

AUX Resources (TSXV: AUX) this morning released further results from the exploration programs conducted in 2020. Results this morning come from the firms Independence and Silver Crown properties, located just north of Stewart, BC, in the heart of the Golden Triangle.

Grab samples were collected from both properties in the exploration programs conducted last year. At Independence, the company reported grab samples showing highlight mineralization of 104 g/t gold, 872 g/t silver, 2.9% copper and 2.2% zinc, with mineralization said to be similar in nature to the historic Red Cliff copper-gold mine, which the property surrounds.

The program at Silver Crown meanwhile found gold-silver-zinc-lead-copper mineralization across 1,600 metres of strike. Mineralization was found to be up to 300 metres wide, with grab samples having highlight values of 33 g/t gold, 552 g/t silver, and 24% zinc.

The program conducted at both properties focused on geological reconnaissance, prospecting, and channel/chip sampling across the known mineralized structures. Also conducted was a drone-based LiDAR survey, the results of which will be utilized for the 2021 program which is set to include further mapping and prospecting, an IP survey, as well as drilling of structural and geophysical targets.

Detailed grab sample data can be found here.

AUX Resources last traded at $0.245 on the TSX Venture.
