Canagold Resources Ltd. (TSX: CCM) announced today the results from three additional drill holes out of the 47-drill hole program at its New Polaris gold project in British Columbia. The highlights include intersecting 30.8 g/t gold over 3.0 metres.

Highlight intercepts from the three drill hole results are:

  • 21-1783E5: 30.8 g/t gold over 3.9 metres
  • 21-1783E6: 16.0 g/t gold over 1.5 metres
  • 21-1829E2: 11.6 g/t gold over 5.1 metres

The mining firm initially reported results from three holes out of the 47-drill hole program earlier this month, highlighting an assay of 24.2 g/t gold over 6.6 metres.

The company has so far drilled 17 holes and reported results from 8 holes out of the planned 47-drill hole, 24,000-metre program. The infill drill results are also expected to upgrade the inferred resources from the 2019 preliminary economic assessment report on the site to indicated resources in a future feasibility study.

Canagold Resources last traded at $0.58 on the TSX.
