Carbon Streaming Corp To Begin Trading On Neo Exchange Tomorrow

Carbon Streaming Corp (OTC: OFSTF) today announced its debut on the Canadian markets. The company is set to list on the Neo Exchange, with trading to begin at the open on July 27, 2021. The debut follows the company last week closing a US$104.9 million financing of special warrants.

The company, whom is focused on providing investors with exposure to carbon credits, is set to begin trading under the ticker symbol “NETZ”. The firm also announced that it will remain trading in the US, under the updated symbol of “OFSTF” on the OTC Markets.

Carbon Stream enables investors to gain exposure to the growing carbon credits industry, which his historically been closed off to retail and small-time investors. The firm comes to market amid rising demand from investors for ESG-focused firms, with the company referring to the carbon economy as being at “an inflection point.”

“We are exceptionally proud of what we are building, together with our stakeholders, to deliver on our mission of financing a net-zero and carbon neutral future. Our public debut on the NEO Exchange marks yet another strategic milestone for Carbon Streaming, with many more yet to come.”

Justin Cochrane, President & CEO

The company will be conducting a live webcast following the launch of trading tomorrow morning, which can be accessed here.
