Empower Clinics (CSE: CBDT) this morning announced the immediate resignation of a member of their management team, effective this morning. Dustin Klein, whom was a director and the senior VP of business development of the company has reportedly left the company effective immediately.
Klein reportedly resigned from his role with the company, with the company simply stating that he left to pursue other interests. Klein originally joined the company in May 2019, when his company, Sun Valley Certification Clinics, was acquired by Empower for US$3.9 million. He had founded the company five years prior.
A replacement for Klein’s role has not yet been appointed.
Empower Clinics last traded at $1.19 on the CSE.
