EnerDynamic Reveals Rebrand Strategy Focused On Renewables

EnerDynamic Hybrid Tech (TSXV: EHT) is looking for a bit of a facelift. The firm this morning revealed that it intends to rebrand the company, changing its name to better reflect the recent integration of Windular Research and Technologies and its other brands.

The firm intends to rename itself as Net Zero Renewable Energy Ltd, subject to the approval of shareholders at the next scheduled meeting. EnerDynamic also intends to change its stock symbol in relation to the rebrand, to that of “NZRE”.

The new image is said to “more accurately represent the company’s innovative portfolio, anchored by the acquisition of Windular.” The move also better reflects its subsidiary focused on the production of net-zero homes in Puerto Rico, its portfolio of solar products, and its overall focus on renewables.

“We look forward to a new EHT in 2022 with our rebranded launch of Net-Zero Renewable Energy to support our corporate vision of building a global leader in renewable wind and solar technologies. This rebrand is much more than a new name and a new logo, it’s an opportunity for EHT and our stakeholders to share our renewed vision for the company as we expand our portfolio and generate momentum across business lines,” commented John Gamble, CEO.

The name change is slated to take effect following a meeting of shareholders scheduled for January 11, 2022.

EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies last traded at $0.27 on the TSX Venture.
