Fire & Flower Enters White Label Arrangement With Decibel Cannabis
Fire and Flower Holdings (TSX: FAF) this morning announced that it has entered into a private label arrangement with Decibel Cannabis Company (TSXV: DB). The arrangement will see Decibel produce white-labelled products for the firm under a yet-to-be-released brand name.

Details on the arrangement were extremely thin, however what is known is that the collaboration will begin with a pre-roll format, produced by Decibel’s Qwest subsidiary. The arrangement is said to potentially be expanded to additional formats dependent on the success of the pre-roll sales.
The collaboration will see the first products launched tomorrow, with products first being available in the province of Saskatchewan. Members of Fire & Flower’s loyalty program are said to receive access to “member-only” pricing, and exclusive early access.
Products are to be distributed through the firms Open Fields Distribution platform within the province, with products onlyavailable to Fire and Flower customers.
No financial details of the arrangement, or production minimums, were provided.
Fire & Flower last traded at $0.82 on the TSX.
