Kontrol Technologies (CSE: KNR) this morning announced that it has expanded its manufacturing team for its BioCloud products. The company has added Danby Appliances to its manufacturing supply chain, whom will conduct final assembly from its Ontario-based manufacturing centre.
With the addition of Danby, Kontrol is to see manufacturing conducted by that of OES Inc and Danby. OES is to handle global supply chain aspects of the process as well as project engineering and production of electronic components, with final assembly and the scaling of production to be tackled by Danby.
Of note, Danby, whom is known for refrigeration and specialty appliances, recently participated in the mass production of ventilators under the Canadian Ventilator Program. The company is to handle the final assembly of BioCloud devices at its Ontario manufacturing facility.
Kontrol Technologies last traded at $2.05 on the CSE.
