Kontrol Awarded Continuous Emission Monitoring Order From Kuwait

Kontrol Technologies Corp. (NEO: KNR) today reported that the company has been awarded a new order to supply multiple continuous emission monitoring systems for a Kuwait based oil and gas customer. The order is to be filled through its subsidiary CEM Specialties Inc.

Installation teams will aid with the delivery of the systems sometime in Q3 2021. The systems are engineered to meet the regulatory needs for the measuring of gas emissions. Kontrol’s systems are utilizing optical based pollutant analyzer measurements to figure the impact of the emissions discarded by oil and gas operations.

Financial details of the transaction were not provided.

The global emission monitoring system market is estimated to be valued at US$2.5 billion. Through CEMSI, Kontrol is now delivering systems to Canada, Mexico, the USA, and the Middle East.
