Lodge Resources Changes Name To Freeman Gold Corp

Lodge Resources (CSE: LDG) announced this evening that it will be changing its name effective May 21, 2020. The company will now be known as Freeman Gold Corp on a go-forward basis.

In connection with the name change, the company will also be changing its listed symbol with the Canadian Securities Exchange. As of May 21, the firm will trade under the ticker symbol “FMAN”. The share capital will remain unchanged for the company.

The name change will better reflect the firms interest in developing its Idaho project, known as the Lemhi Gold Project. The Lemhi project consists of 99 unpatented claims and 11 patented claims, which combined have over 10,000 metres of historic drilling. The company currently directly ownes 53 of the claims, while the remaining 46 claims are held via an option agreement. The company intends to undertake a work program on the project later this year.

Lodge Resources last traded at $0.52 on the CSE.
