The Valens Company Announces White Label Agreement To Produce Fire & Flower’s CBD Line

The Valens Company Inc. (TSX: VLNS) announced today a white label partnership entered into with Fire & Flower Holdings Corp. (TSX: FAF). The agreement will see the company manufacture and distribute CBD oil for the cannabis retailer’s Revity brand.

“We are proud to introduce our Revity CBD Oil in partnership with Valens and are confident that they will meet the experience and quality expectations of Canadian consumers,” said Fire & Flower CEO Trevor Fencott.

Under the terms of the agreement, the cannabis manufacturer will formulate the CBD oil through its proprietary processing methods. The partnership so far entails distribution in Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan with the potential to expand upon the agreement.

“This strategic relationship allows us to strengthen and expand our wellness-focused manufacturing portfolio and provides the opportunity to further our partnership with one of the largest cannabis retailers in the country,” said The Valens Company CEO Tyler Robson.

Financial terms of the arrangement were not disclosed.

This partnership announcement comes days after the company closed the acquisition of Verse Cannabis, for which the manufacturer also created and distributed white-labeled products.

The Valens Company Inc. last traded at $2.69 on the TSX.
