GoGold Hits 1,320 G/T Silver Equivalent Over 1.5 Metres At Los Ricos North

GoGold Resources Inc. (TSX: GGD) announced today its drill results from the Casados deposit in the Los Ricos North project. The results, coming from 8 new drill holes, included hitting 1,320 g/t silver equivalent over 1.5 metres within a larger interval of 306 g/t silver equivalent over 16.8 metres.

Highlight intersects from the 8-drill hole program announced today include:

  • LRGCS-21-025: 1,320.4 g/t silver equivalent (8.28 g/t gold, 699.7 g/t silver) over 1.5 metres
  • LRGCS-21-016: 1,075.1 g/t silver equivalent (3.70 g/t gold, 797.4 g/t silver) over 2.2 metres; 191.5 g/t silver equivalent (0.69 g/t gold, 139.7 g/t silver) over 49.2 metres
  • LRGCS-21-022: 139.9 g/t silver equivalent (0.32 g/t gold, 116.0 g/t silver) over 14.9 metres

The company also indicated that the third set of drill holes on the Casados deposit, which includes the holes of today’s reported results, extended mineralization over 200 metres from the previously announced holes.

The Los Ricos North project was launched in March 2020 and throughout the year, the company’s exploration efforts have identified over 100 targets in the area. As part of its 2021 drilling program, the company plans to drill 10 of these targets, expecting to exceed 100,000 metres of drilling.
