Origin House Enters into Exclusive Agreement with Kings Garden
Origin House (CSE: OH), a company focusing on cannabis distribution in the Canadian and US markets, announced that its platform in California has entered into a distribution agreement with Kings Garden Inc. Under the exclusive agreement, Origin House’s subsidiary continuum will be the sole distributor of all Kings Garden products.
Continuum, Origin House’s California-based distribution facility will be the sole distributor of all premium cannabis products produced by Kings Garden. The distribution agreement will be based in California, and will have an initial commitment of one year; however, Origin House will be granted the right to further distribute any and all newly-branded Kings Garden cannabis products launched thereafter. The timing of this distribution agreement coincides with Kings Garden’s forthcoming release of its anticipated line of cannabis by-products, Rho Phyto therapeutics in early 2020.
Kings Garden is a California- based premium cannabis cultivation, processing, and manufacturing firm located in Coachella Valley, operating several facilities across the state. In addition, the company also produces a wide assortment of cannabis by- products such as topicals and tinctures.
Origin House is currently trading at $5.16 on the CSE.
