Osisko Development (TSXV: ODV) has wrapped up the underground infill drilling campaign at its Cariboo Gold Project, closing out a program that ultimately ran longer than its headline figure suggested.
The company completed 13,684 metres of grid infill drilling on 10-metre spacing across 142 holes, work that began in August 2025 and represents the full extent of the planned Appian infill program. The latest batch of results accounts for 2,659 metres of that total. Also released this morning were assays from 2,995 metres of infill drilling at the Lowhee Zone.
Highlights from the Appian infill and Lowhee near-mine drilling include:
- BMU-25-176: 44.68 g/t gold over 1.5 metres from 27.9 metres downhole
- BMU-26-034: 31.64 g/t gold over 2.0 metres from 50.0 metres downhole
- BMU-26-055: 25.78 g/t gold over 2.5 metres from 41.3 metres downhole
- BMU-26-031: 11.21 g/t gold over 4.9 metres from 63.3 metres downhole

In total, the company released assays from 55 underground holes spanning 5,654 metres, with depths ranging from roughly 77 to 138 metres. Full assay results can be found here.
President Chris Lodder said the work “gives us a better understanding of vein corridor spatial geometries and local variability specific to this part of the Lowhee deposit, and gives us confidence going forward to help refine infill drill requirements, production designs and sequencing.” He added that the near-mine intercepts “reinforce the importance of continued drilling in underexplored zones.”
The drilling now feeds into the next stage of the project’s planning. Osisko said reconciliation work is underway on an updated localized block model, with final results expected in the second quarter of 2026.
Osisko Development last traded at $3.25 on the TSX Venture.
