SKRR Sees Olson Land Package Increased By 1,170 Hectares

SKRR Exploration (TSXV: SKRR) has expanded its land page at its Olson Gold Project in Northern Saskatchewan. The company has acquired three additional claims for the gold project via an arrangement with Eagle Plains Resources Ltd.

Under the new arrangement, the company has added a total of 1,170 hectares of land to its ongoing project. The company acquired the additional claims via its option agreement with Eage Plains Resources, with the company have the rights to earn up to a 75% interest in the property which totals 5,038 hectares.

The claims extend the property to the south. The new claim covers a portion of the east-west trending Hartley shear zone, as well as the same prospective volcanic lithological package gold showing on the property, referred to as Carina / Point. Assay values in this showing have been as high as 9.8 grams per tonne gold based on grab samples collected to the north-east approximately 500 metres.

Fieldwork is currently underway on the propert, which includes a geophysical survey of DC resistivity that was recently completed. Field crews are currently on the ground, with phase one focused on defining targets for a phase two diamond drilling program. A Fall 2020 program is currently being planned that involves drilling.
