Decade Resources Encounters Further Copper At Nobody Knows Project, Details Slim
Decade Resources (TSXV: DEC) is looking to get shareholders excited with the release of additional drill core photos ahead of assay results from drilling conducted at the Nobody Knows Copper Project.
The company is now stating that they have continued to intersect “thick intervals of copper sulphides,” which has been found in felsic volcanic flow rocks. Decade however did not quantify exactly how “thick” the interval was. The drilling was conducted 50 metres to the east of the initial discovery drilling, representing a potential extension.
Drilling to date has seen a total of eight holes completed, across an aggregate 1,000 metres. Preliminary results to date suggest that the deposit has similarities to many major sediment-hosted copper systems that contain associated silver. The company is also reporting that soil sampling has revealed new copper mineralization zones.

Exploration work at the Treasure Mountain project, which along with the Nobody Knows project is part of the larger Copper River property that covers 17,470 hectares of land claims, is reported to have encountered malachite stained felsic volcanic flows. The discovery is said to amount to at least 10 metres of copper bearing rocks.
Treasure Mountain prior to current exploration work was known to contain at least 22 showings that contained some level of copper.
Decade Resources last traded at $0.19 on the TSX Venture.
