Trump Flew on Epstein’s Plane for Weekend Fundraisers
Former President Donald Trump’s campaign used a private jet previously owned by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein for a series of fundraising events over the weekend, as confirmed by multiple sources including The Miami Herald and The Air Current.
Trump’s personal plane, “Trump Force One,” had mechanical issues en route to a campaign event in Bozeman, Montana, forcing a landing in Billings, about two hours east of the intended destination. Trump and his staff took a charter flight to reach Friday’s rally in Bozeman. The next day, they boarded a Gulfstream jet, which was later identified as Epstein’s former aircraft. This plane, bearing a “Trump 2024” decal, transported the former president to fundraisers in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, followed by stops in Aspen and Denver, Colorado.
The Gulfstream’s serial number matches that of a plane previously registered to one of Epstein’s companies in the US Virgin Islands. Its current owner is reportedly Threshold Aviation Group, an Ontario, California-based company offering private charter services.
A Trump campaign spokeswoman said that they were unaware of the plane’s history, explaining that a frequently used vendor had commissioned the charter. She confirmed that Epstein’s former jet was only used for one day before Trump resumed travel on his own aircraft in Denver, and said that it did bear a “Trump 2024” decal for that one day.
But that hasn’t stopped online speculation.
This incident has reignited discussions about Trump’s past connections to Epstein, although no evidence has emerged implicating Trump in Epstein’s crimes. The two moved in similar social circles during the 1990s, with Trump reportedly flying on Epstein’s planes six times between 1993 and 1997. However, their relationship reportedly soured following a property dispute in 2004.
