Gage Cannabis Enters Exclusive Partnership With Khalifa Kush In Michigan
After its fallout with The Supreme Cannabis Company a year ago, it appears that Khalifa Kush, the brand assembled by artist Wiz Khalifa, is looking to partner with a public firm yet again. The company this morning announced that it has entered into an exclusive arrangement with Gage Growth Corp (CSE: GAGE).
The arrangement will see an exclusive partnership entered into between the two firms, for which financial details were not provided. The arrangement will see the “KK” brand brought to the state of Michigan, where it is expected to be a premium line of cannabis products.
Under the terms of the agreement, the partnership only applies to the state of Michigan, where Gage is to be the sold producer, processor, and retailer of the KK brand for cannabis products. Offerings are slated to include flower, pre-rolls, concentrates and extracts.
The arrangement is for an initial five year period, and is subject to regulatory approval within the state of Michigan.
Gage Cannabis last traded at $2.47 on the CSE.
