Kontrol Enters NDA With Global HVAC Firm For BioCloud Arrangement

Kontrol Technologies (CSE: KNR) this morning announced that it has enhanced its Canadian supply chain, as well as the signing of an NDA with a major HVAC firm. Both moves have been made in advance of strong anticipated demand for its BioCloud product.

In terms of its supply chain, the company has secured an antibody supply for its viral detection system. While the supplier was not named, the Canadian manufacturing firm has been selected for “large quantity purchases.”

The company this morning also announced the signing of a non disclosure agreement, or NDA, with a global HVAC company. While undisclosed, the major firm reportedly has revenues in excess of US$30 billion per year. The NDA pertains to BioCloud, with the firm reviewing the addition of BioCloud to its operating platform. The arrangement will see Kontrol provide all testing and lab data to the undisclosed firm.

Finally, the company is reportedly in discussions for distribution in Japan with two potential partners.

Kontrol Technologies last traded at $2.08 on the CSE.
