Libero Copper Sees Field Crews Mobilize For 2021 Field Program

Libero Copper & Gold Corporation (TSXV: LBC) this morning provided an update on the status of the company’s 2021 exploration operations in the Golden Triangle in British Columbia. The program itself is to consist of IP surveys as well as several thousand metres of drilling, field mapping, and soil sampling.

Mobilization is now underway on the Big Red project, to the west of Telegraph Creek. Advanced field work is expected to start in the next few weeks followed by drilling. Concerning the exploration programs, the company highlighted the mobilization of field crews to the Big Red site with 3D IP surveying scheduled for June.

Libero further noted that all necessary drill permits have been obtained for both Big Red and Big Bulk. The company now has a total of 7,000 meters of planned drilling on Golden Triangle porphyry copper target, with follow up diamond drilling to test the extent and depth of the new Terry porphyry copper discovery at Big Red. The drill program itself however is to consist of an initial 5,000 metres.

Libero Copper & Gold Corporation last traded on the TSX Venture at $0.68.
