Nuvei Reports Preliminary Q4 Revenues Between $114 – $118 Million
Nuvei Corp (TSX: NVEI) this morning released preliminary results for its fourth quarter and the full year of fiscal 2020. The company reported revenue between $114 million and $118 million in the fourth quarter, an increase of 40% on a year over year basis.

Preliminary results for the full fiscal year came in between $373 million and $377 million as a result, with the firm demonstrating more than 50% growth on a year over year basis. This follows the company seeing total dollar volume of payment transactions between $13.8 billion and $14.1 billion in the fourth quarter, and total volume between $43.1 billion and $43.4 billion for the full year, a 70% increase year over year.
The company also noted that ecommerce accounted for 80% of total transaction volume in the fourth quarter, and 76% of total volume for the year.
All this translates to a reported preliminary adjusted EBITDA figure of between $50 million and $52 million for Q4, and a figure of between $162 million and $164 million for the year. Operating profit meanwhile is slated to be between $16.5 million and $19.5 million for the quarter, while sitting between $61.4 million and $64.4 million for the full year.
Full fiscal Q4 and full year financial results are expected to be released March 10, 2021.
