Rupert Resources Intersects 8 G/T Gold Over 103 Metres At Rupert Lapland Project

Rupert Resources (TSXV: RUP) released today highlight assays from the infill drilling at the Ikkari deposit found at the Rupert Lapland project in Northern Finland. The results highlighted an intersect of 8 g/t gold over 103 metres.

The mining firm is currently advancing the Ikkari gold deposit. The property previously reported an estimated inferred mineral resource of 49 million tonnes at 2.5 g/t gold for 3.95 million gold ounces.

Highlight assays from the drill results released today include:

  • 121160: 8 g/t gold over 103 metres
  • 121161: 3.5 g/t gold over 105 metres
  • 121162: 11.8 g/t gold over 41 metres
    • including 30.0 g/t gold over 7.4 metres

“Our 2021/22 winter drilling season is building momentum with more rigs turning at Ikkari and other target areas with potential to deliver further discoveries of scale,” said CEO James Withall.
