AmmPower Launches Manufacturing And Development Facility

AmmPower Corp (CSE: AMMP) is preparing to move to the second phase of commercialization. The firm this morning announced the official opening of its manufacturing and development facility within the state of Michigan.

The facility is currently focused on research and development in the area of cracking ammonia to release hydrogen, which is scientifically referred to as the field of decomposition of the compound. The facility has also reportedly moved to the second phase of both validating new catalysts and production processes for synthesizing green ammonia.

AmmPower is currently in the process of finalizing the methodology, which will enable the scalable economic production of green ammonia, which is intended for use in green energy.

The effort from the company is a result of its focus of supplying green ammonia producing units, with the ammonia to be used for agricultural applications as well as the maritime industry. The work being conducted currently is centered around the easy transportation of hydrogen, which can occur via ammonia, with the compound then being converted to hydrogen at the location where it is to be used.

“This facility will serve as AmmPower’s technology development and manufacturing hub as well as its project management center. We are eagerly looking forward supporting global ‘green’ initiatives with our innovative ammonia technologies.”
