Austpro Energy Corporation (TSXV: AUS-H) announced on Monday evening that it has received approval to list its common shares on the NEO Exchange. The move follows the ongoing process of a reverse merger transaction with fintech firm DeFi Ventures Inc.
The energy firm announced the reverse transaction in April 2021. Since then, DeFi Ventures has already conducted a $17.7 million financing and has been working with the company on changing its name to WonderFi Technologies Inc. following the acquisition.
Austpro Energy expects to delist its shares from the TSX Venture Exchange at the closing bell on August 19, 2021 and immediately start trading on the NEO Exchange the next day.
Trading of Austpro Energy on the TSX Venture has been halted pending the reverse takeover deal.
