Aya Gold & Silver Inc. (TSX: AYA) announced today the results from its 2021 drill exploration program at the new Zgounder East zone in the Kingdom of Morocco. The assay results came from eight surface core holes, five underground core holes, and thirteen T28 electric percussion holes.
The results highlight an intersect of 2,887 g/t silver over 5.5 metres from the surface drilling assays. On the other hand, underground drilling assays include highlight intersects of 1,879 g/t silver over 6.0 metres and 1,931 g/t silver over 4.80 metres.
The company has carried out around 26,800 metres out of the 41,000-metre drilling program scheduled for 2021.
