Plurilock Adds Former Head Of Department Of Justice’s National Security Division To Advisory Council

Plurilock Security (TSXV: PLUR) has again expanded its industry advisory council, this morning announcing the addition of David Kris, a founder of Culper Partners LLC.

Kris has spent thirty years as a security lawyer, with his most recent achievement being the founding of Culper Partners, which focuses on public policy, security, law and geopolitics. Previously, he acted as general counsel for Intellectual Ventures, as well as deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer for Time Warner.

At a governmental level, Kris was previously appointed to lead the Department of Justice’s National Security Division, overseeing all federal espionage and terrorism cases, and served as a senior advisor to multiple attorney generals and deputy attorney generals. Currently, Kris advises the US intelligence community, while acting as a friend of the court for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Courts.

The appointment follows the company last week entering into a partnership with TD SYNNEX, a leading global distributor and solutions aggregator IT ecosystems. Plurilock under the partnership is expected to provide AI-focused critical services and cybersecurity solutions for TD’s north-America based operations.

Plurilock Security last traded at $0.65 on the TSX Venture.
