RooGold Adds Michael Singer To Board Of Directors
RooGold (CSE: ROO) has seen the addition of a rather high profile director to its board of directors. The firm this morning announced the addition of Michael Singer to the firms board.

Singer is perhaps best known amongst the small cap investing community as having served as the interim CEO of Aurora Cannabis (TSX: ACB) in 2020, as well as having served as Chairman of the company for a period of four years. He currently remains as a board member of the company.
Prior to Aurora Cannabis, Singer served as the CFO of Clementia Pharmaceuticals for a period of three yeas, while also having served as an independent director for a number of healthcare-focused firms. He currently holds a Bachelors of Commerce from Concordia University, a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill, and is a chartered professional accountant.
“We are very pleased to have Michael join our team at this time. Michael brings decades of experience in North American capital markets and an extensive network of contacts across many industries which will be of great benefit to the Company,” commented CEO Carlos Espinosa on the appointment.
Singer’s appointment follows the departure of Warren Robb, whom has stepped down from the board.
RooGold last traded at $0.155 on the CSE.
