Kontrol Energy Enters Distribution Agreement With Grande West

Kontrol Energy (CSE: KNR) has entered yet another sales distribution agreement for its BioCloud devices, this time with that of Grande West Transportation Group (TSXV: BUS). The bus manufacturer will be including the BioCloud air analyzer within its Vicinity line of buses.

The non-exclusive distribution agreement will see Grande West offer the device as an option within its three Vicinity bus specifications, with existing customers able to retrofit their device into the vehicles. The distribution only applies to the Canadian markets evidently however, with US customers of Grande West able to get the device via United Safety and Survivability Corporation.

Commenting on the development, CEO Paul Ghezzi of Kontrol Energy stated, “We are pleased to enter into this agreement with Grande West as we continue to target the important sector of ground transportation with an established and successful bus OEM. We are excited to be working with another disruptive Canadian company, focusing on a transit solution that will make buses safer and reduce risk of potential viral spread for the riders.”

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, nor were expected sales volumes from the transaction or pricing. In terms of units, the only disclosure in relation to sales is that Grande West would be purchasing two of the BioCloud devices for its offices in Aldergrove, BC.

Kontrol Energy last traded at $4.10 on the CSE.
